WWC Group achieve their ISO 9001:2015 and IS0 14001-2015 certification
WWC Group have not only received one but two certifications, ISO 9001:2015 and IS0 14001-2015.
Receiving IS0 9001:2015 certification is fantastic news and means our customers have complete assurance that WWC Group operate to the highest quality standards and that all regulatory requirements are met consistently with all our products and services whilst continuing to maintain and improve these standards that set us apart.
One section of ISO 9001:2015 is to continually examine the risks and opportunities for improvement and to put in place operational controls to effectively manage and measure our performance.
It also aids us in measuring client satisfaction and enables us to continually improve our processes to ensure we identify all present customer needs and identify and assess future requirements, as customer satisfaction has always been a fundamental part of our business.
We are extremely honoured on our achievement and will continually strive to improve the quality of our services and our products to guarantee the increased satisfaction of our customers, employees and suppliers.
